From a young age, she was trained in the healing arts, but by the time she hit her early adulthood, patching up her fellow Viera just wasn't enough. Leaving the Green Word behind was her first step; the second was changing her name. Up next was keeping up the air of mystery that surrounds Viera by refusing to tell anyone details of her roots for that is a story of a Viera now considered dead. For all anybody knows, the sassy long-eared figurante was Lysa Payne on her nameday and will remain so as long as she has any say.Settling in Limsa Lominsa, Lysa found work as an amateur dancer, preferring to perform in various seedy taverns and at private parties for ample ale loosened purse strings more often than not. For a while, this was excitement enough: meeting new faces, learning about the lives of the non-woodfarers, thinking up different methods of breaking a finger or three on hands that got a little too close for the low amount of gil they were trying to skate by on.It was a chance meeting with Nashmeira of Troupe Falsiam that led Lysa to learn that her penchant for dance could be taken to new heights, levels that didn't require her getting into close combat to deal with those handsy customers. This turn of fate has taken Lysa down the path of adventurer, now Warrior of Light and Scion, a road far away from the isolated jungle she once only knew.
